  • Maintains good communication between the field team and the office team;
  • Receives data from field sales colleagues and prepares specific reports accordingly;
  • Prepares and submits on time the sales analysis for each sales area;
  • At the request of the National Wholesaler Manager and Country Lead prepares analyses / reports / centralizations with specific sales information;
  • Complies with the information and reporting system;
  • Complies with company's internal codes and procedures or any regulaments which the company has adhered to.
  • Assists the WHS manager in carrying out administrative activities and analyzing sales results on the Wholesale channel (On Trade & Tradidional Off Trade)
  • Gathers information from co-workers positioned in the field;
  • Gathers information related to the activity in the field ( promotional activities, changes Route to Market approach, new sales channel, new business model);
  • Creates sales reports for senior team members and uses all data generated from the reports to create sales forecasts;
  • Analyses the sales performance in line with business objectives and identifies measures that can be addressed to improve sales results;
  • Sets up Gap recovery analyse (volume, mix, coverage);
  • Analyses sales data required for area reporting - CPR (area sales data, customer billing data, sales LE, wholesalers sales targets);
  • Centralises and checks monthly achievement vs target;
  • Tracks and reports regularly to the National Wholesaler Manager on the department's expenses, and is responsible to record the department's financial documents and their internal workflow;
  • Provides administrative assistance and general support to the Wholesaler Managers department in order to manage as accurately as possible the data/results and informations resulting from the sale process.


  • University degree;
  • minim 5 years experience in Sales area;
  • minim 2 years experience in Trade Marketing;
  • Good level of Excel;
  • English - proficiency level.
