Reports to:  Senior Brand Manager Local Brands

Your Purpose:

Translate the brand long-term vision and strategy into short-term brand plan delivering on brand business results while identifying opportunities for all key pillars and stakeholders. Supports the Sr.BM for the implementation and brilliant execution of brand, communication, and activation calendar.


What will you do:

  • Works together with the SBM on defining the brand long term strategy and translates it into yearly operational plans that deliver the business targets;
  • Integrates all 4Ps of the brand, working closely with multifunctional teams, while seizing opportunities to accelerate growth across business drivers;
  • Implements the yearly operational plan – communication and activation calendar, focusing on brilliant execution, based on consumer needs, category opportunities and growth targets;
  • Integrates and implements the Brand Profile into a coherent communication plan to bring strong competitive advantage on the market and deliver brand targets;
  • Maintain a relentless focus on understanding the consumer data available;
  • Owns the monthly Brand Health review -tracks the performance of key brand activities and clearly identifies actionable next steps and recommendations.


About you:

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience in Marketing (minimum 1 year in FMCG);
  • Strong record of delivering brand plans through development and execution of a range of core disciplines, all supported with strong commercial understanding;
  • To have been solely accountable for brand plans and performance whilst delivering through and developing a team of brand managers;
  • Analytical thought needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations;
  • Communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs/opinions;
  • Use advanced level of English and PC skills.
