Title:  FP&R Controller- temporary contract

More about your key responsibilities. As FP&R Controller, you will:

• Lead the reporting and analysis of Fixed Industrial and Logistics Costs (ZBB methodology) and Capex across budget, forecast, and actuals.
• Own the Actual P&L reporting process, ensuring accurate comparisons against budget, prior estimates, and previous year, with clear variance explanations.
• Perform complex calculations for P&L components, including royalty computations, and ensure consistency across SAP, BPC, and T&R platforms.
• Provide financial insights and deep-dive cost analysis to cross-functional teams (Commercial, Supply, Procurement, Legal, HR, IT, Corporate Affairs, Zone People).
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews, challenging cost assumptions and driving delivery of targets.
• Lead the design and optimization of Power BI dashboards, aligning reporting capabilities with evolving business needs.
• Lead the preparation of business cases and Capital Approval Requests, offering clear profitability assessments for Capex initiatives.
• Act as the main liaison with the Shared Services team, ensuring timely communication, knowledge transfer, and continuous process improvement.
• Document and refine workflows and procedures, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
• Coordinate the consolidation of Country Performance Review reports, offering management a clear view of key KPIs in collaboration with Commercial and Supply Finance.
• Support updates to accounting, reporting, SOX, and operational procedures, ensuring alignment with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support strategic projects and innovation initiatives across departments.

🎯 This role is designed for you if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role focused on financial analysis, performance reporting, and business partnering.
• Proven track record and expertise in managing complex reporting processes, budgeting cycles, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and Romanian statutory reporting. ACCA or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Strong Power BI knowledge.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence to challenge stakeholders and drive results.
• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Working model: Hybrid – 2 days/week in our Voluntari office, 3 days remote.

This is a fixed-term opportunity for 2 years, covering a maternity leave.
