We are looking for:

 

Corporate Affairs & People Communication Manager

 

What You Will Be Accountable For:

  • Responsible for preparation and completion of  Corporate Affairs Plan and Strategy, including Government Relations, Corporate Responsibility, Public Relations and Employment Relations
  • Responsible to oversee and execute employee communications and employee corporate responsibility

 

You will contribute to the business growth through: 

  • Anticipates, analyses and identifies tools to influence public opinion, plans for regulatory changes or discussions in society with impact on company business. 
  • Works closely with Legal & Corporate Affairs team in creation and implementation of internal communication plans including CSR / CR initiatives with employee participation.
  • Identifies tools to increase the good standing of the company in society, safeguards and promotes company image and reputation.
  • Preparing communication strategies of Company’s topics
  • Proactive communication of Company’s topics (press releases, press briefings, PR articles)
  • Daily monitoring and evaluation of press information concerning our Company, competitors and brewing industry
  • Prepare and execute CSR projects in line with the corporate strategy & local market strategy and cordinate the involved parties
  • Evaluation and external & internal communication of projects
  • Preparing Crises Management Team functioning procedures and their implementation
  • Ensuring regular update of CMT manual, making CMT members familiar with their positions and roles
  • Define, implement and evaluate employee communications strategy and plans through to execution
  • Provides strategic counsel, develops and executes employee communications strategies for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate and execute strategies and policies that drive employee engagement
  • Prepared to lead Internal Comms component of Country or Global projects
  • Work closelly with other departments and is a contact point for relevant third parties
     

 

If you have the following skills & experience, we want to hear from you!

 

  • University Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years’ experience in corresponding activities
  • Experience of coordinating internal communication across a multi-site/multi-functional operation
  • Strong experience in stakeholders management (building relationships, influencing)
  • Good understanding of internal tools and techniques
  • Good understanding of the internal and external environment
  • Experience in managing vendors including contract management, service level management and issue resolution.
  • Experience of project and change management with strong track record
  • Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in English.
  • Curios and eager to learn new things and apply new processes
  • Strong communication skills necessary for the exchange of complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs/opinions.
  • Strong analytical skills needed to resolve issues in a variety of complex situations
  • Drive for results
  • Dirving licence B category
