You will work with senior leaders to help aligning the organization’s people strategy with its business strategy for Supply Chain (Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, Procurement) and Enabling Functions (Finance, Legal & Corporate Affairs) in Bergenbier, derived from Long Range Planning (LRP) of Molson Coors CEE.

The HRBP will report to HR Director Supply Chain CEE and will be based in Bergenbier (Romania), with working location from Ploiesti Bergenbier Brewery offices, in a hybrid set up.

More about your role:

• Responsible for the “World Class Supply Chain (WCSC) Organizational Pillar” activities and will drive people strategies for the Brewery to support the maturity progression of WCSC.
• Lead the People Plan strategy for transformation projects by developing an integrated HR strategy (retention, recruitment, org structure, labor relations, change management) that contributes to a successful implementation.
• Act as a strategic partner for business senior leaders by working collaboratively, developing organizational capability, utilizing insights, and providing thought leadership to specialist groups.
• Promote positive labor and employee relations and engagement by being a leader in diversity and inclusion and developing strategies to ensure ongoing effective labor and employee relations and ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation.
• Lead and ensure full use of integrated people management processes to grow talent, drive performance, and improve employee engagement.

This role is crafted for you if have:

• University degree in business, human resources, or related area
• C1 level in English (writing, speaking, reading and understanding)
• Minimum of five years of experience as an HR generalist, ideally from an organization within consumer-packaged goods or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employment standards legislation and progressive HR policies and practices.
• Practical experience in a unionized environment including collective bargaining.
• Experience working in a matrix organization where you lead cross-functional teams to a common goal without direct reporting authority.
• The ability to act with appropriate urgency to various operational demands that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy, provide strategic guidance as well as roll up your sleeves and complete day-to-day operational activities
• You are a self-motivated and proactive individual with a demonstrated ability to influence change by taking an analytical and practical approach.
• You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome. 
• You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments. 
• You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.
