Position Overview

Reporting to the EMEA & APAC FPA Director, the EMEA & APAC Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager has overall responsibility for providing accurate, timely and relevant Financial information (past and forecast) to MCBC Group, and the EMEA & APAC DLT, on overall business performance by Country, Channel, Brand including but not restricted to Net Sales Revenue, Profit , Cash and PACC.  In addition the job holder is responsible for business partnering with EMEA & APAC Support Functions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing accurate and timely financial performance information, analytics and explanations to MCBC Group, the DLT and other stakeholders eg External Auditors
  • Provide leadership and effectively manage the countries data producing a consolidated EMEA & APAC LRP/AOP.  Manage all data inputs interacting with countries financial teams and BU teams to understand meaningful insights on each market
  • Coordination and consolidation of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning for Molson Coors Europe PACC. Full support, coaching, advice and challenge to countries in connection with Value Driver Model and PACC Initiatives. Plays the role of Subject Matter Expert of PACC for EMEA & APAC
  • Responsible for Business Partnering Activities to the EMEA & APAC Support Functional Chiefs and their teams as well overseeing the ZBB reporting at EMEA & APAC level
  • Drive for simplification and removal of complexity by leading for the execution of FPA One Way Agenda, as determined by the Global Leadership finance team, from time to time

 

Skills & Experience

    • 7 years exp. In FP&A in an international environment
    • Broad and deep understanding of the business and its operations.
    • A team builder - someone who knows what good looks like and relentlessly strives to build individual and organizational capability.
    • Fluent English.
    • Sound understanding of Financial reporting and Controlling techniques, standards  and practices (US GAAP) ;
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Structured logical approach
    • Creative and open minded
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines
