Insights and Innovation Manger RO & BG

What You Will Be Accountable For:

 

Supervision of all consumers, shoppers and customers marketing researches related to the brands and different sales channels by identifying key category trends and evaluating potential.

You will also be responsible for sharing recommendation and next steps based on collected data analyses, data processing and providing reports for Brand and senior Managers in order to have correct and fast decision-making process based on the available information.

 

Our growth-focused Insights and Innovation Manager will:

 

  • Be able to generate and implement commercial innovations and leading the end to end activities for innovation projects with the objective to successfully launch new brands and products;
  • Be able to put his/hers strategic thought forward;
  • Take action before being asked to avoid project’s bottle necks;

 

You will contribute to the Marketing growth by:

 

  • Understanding consumers, shoppers and customers, insights generation processes sharing & re-applying best practices in certain areas of/processes, process of BIM and brand manifestos refinement, agencies approach, briefing and methodologies in both countries;
  • Strategically develops, recommends, operationally executes and subsequently controls all activities concerning market research and analysis, from all available sources;
  • Organizing marketing researches in close cooperation with Marketing Director / Brand Managers, as well as with, Sales Director, PPM and is actively involved in follow up activities after research results;
  • Coordinates the process of drafting a three-year plan and annual brand plans as well as the annual budget within marketing sector, and gathers all analyses and necessary data from existing research within that process;
  • Responsible for defining the strategy for commercial innovations for corporate brands including project management for the collection and evaluation of ideas for innovation; responsible for preparation of projects for the development of products and packaging based on an analysis of market data;
  • Manages the related budget independently, makes yearly marketing research and innovation plans;
  • Coordinates cooperation not only with the local but with the international marketing agencies as well; closely cooperates with Group Innovation and Insights teams,

 

If you have the following…we want to hear from you!

  • University Degree – preferably Marketing studies;
  • Professional Marketing experience of 5 years;
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar position;
  • Strong commercial awareness and a comprehensive understanding of the business
  • Ability to work with figures and drawing meaningful conclusions;
  • Advanced communication skills to be able to negotiate with various stakeholders;
  • Conceptual and innovative thinking to be able to resolve a variety of complex situations;
  • Advance user in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point;
  • Fluent in English – both verbal & written;
  • Valid driver’s license.
