Title:  Innovation Manager- maternity replacement

Your Purpose:

Leading and implementing innovation projects with the objective to successfully launch new brands, products, packaging and innovate beyond the product.

What will you do:
•    Coordinate defined innovation platform from exploration to project delivery and business growth.    
•    Lead innovations project management including idea generation, business case build-up, implementation, and evaluation. 
•    Collect relevant local and global insights and best practices for the innovation project to ensure proof of concept.
•    Effectively cooperate with internal and external teams through innovation process; organize and moderate recurrent meetings with a multi-departmental team.

About you:
•    Have at least 4 years background experience, ideally in (but not limited to) a marketing role, either brand management or innovation.
•    Experienced enough to easily understand the business needs behind an innovation project from different departments perspective.
•    Excel at project management skills of complex multidepartment projects 
•    Work with high level of self-discipline and very good organizing skills to succeed structuring complex information, data, tasks into an integrated and coherent project plan.
•    Master communication skills to exchange complex information with a sensitivity and awareness of the audience to modify beliefs/opinions.
•    Enjoy using conceptual and innovative thinking for identifying solutions.
•    Use advanced level of English and PC skills.
