We are looking for:


BI Sales Analyst



What You Will Be Accountable For:


Implementing and applying the Business Intelligence strategy, so as to promote our culture of data driven decision making.


Our BI Sales Analyst will:

  • Be able to subtract meaningful and precise data from out IT Systems, that will support Sales decisions;
  • Be able to put his/hers analytical thought forward;
  • Take action when identifying potential risks.


You will contribute to the Business Intelligence development through:

  • Preparing and presenting sales force bonus reports (monthly, quarterly and annually) and requires approval from Management for any exceptions;
  • Daily delivery of the sales report to the sales force and other stakeholders;
  • Monthly delivery of other reports, such as LE, Accrual, etc. to Finance department;
  • Overseeing all overbudget expenses, such as rent, office supplies, etc., and notifying the Sales Support Operators or the person in charge about them;
  • In charge of various travel bookings required by sales, and keeping in touch with the travel agency;
  • Registering office rent, warehouse rent, courier, utilities or car fleet invoices in SAP;
  • Managing Distributors’ contracts and office rent contracts;
  • Managing the annual (or bi-annual) sales inventory.


If you have the following…we want to hear from you!

  • University studies;
  • Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of Excel – medium level;
  • Knowledge in Access or Tableau is considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of English language
  • Analytical skills: being able to work with large amount of data to draw meaningful conclusions;
  • Problem solving skills: being able to identify practical solutions in various situations;
  • Communication skills: to be able to work with different stakeholders;
  • Team oriented.
