Area Sales Manager

 

 

What You Will Be Accountable For:

 

Building and maintaining healthy partnerships with the distributors and you will be responsible of the Sales team management.

 

Our Area Sales Manager will be able to:

  • Influence and inspire those around him / her! 
  • Develop sustainable business partnerships!
  • To take action!

You will contribute to the Modern Trade channel growth through:

  • Growing and consolidating the volumes, and efficiently usage of Bergenbier resources
  • Team Management: recruiting, performance evaluation, developing the team and keeping them motivated;
  • Implementing the Key Account Manager’s recommendations for the KA locations within designated area;
  • Sending market information in a timely manner to Regional Trade Marketing Coordinator, Regional Sales Manager, ASA, MCCEP, etc.
  • Achieving sales and execution objectives set for your area;
  • Coordinating, evaluating, developing and monitoring common objectives with the distributors.

 

If you have the following…we want to hear from you!

  • University graduate;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a management position;
  • Commercial oriented; knowledge and experience in Key Account and Traditional Trade sales is an advantage;
  • Very good negotiation and persuasion abilities;
  • Ability to work under pressure; 
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge;
  • English knowledge;
  • Driver’s license, B category.
