Sales Operations Expert CEE
Based: everywhere within Molson Coors’s locations in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE)
Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia
Reports to: Sales Operations Manager CEE
Direct reports: This role does not have direct reports
Travel requirements: 20% of the time
The purpose of the position is to support the regional commercial organization by ensuring high‑quality sales data, efficient sales processes, and effective use of sales tools across all markets. The role owns regional sales reporting, consolidates country‑level data, and provides insights that strengthen decision‑making and forecasting accuracy. It also maintains CRM data quality, supports process standardization, integrates new product categories into systems and reporting, and delivers training for sales tools. Strong cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and IT ensures seamless commercial operations across the region.
What you will do:
- Maintain accurate sales data and dashboards across CRM, BI and forecasting tools
- Consolidate market forecasts, track accuracy and support preparation of reviews for leadership
- Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports and dashboards.
- Analyse KPIs, pipeline trends and customer activity to generate actionable insights
- Standardize and maintain regional sales guidelines, processes and workflows
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Create materials and deliver training and coaching to drive adoption of sales tools and best practices
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain and IT to ensure smooth commercial operations
- Coordinate data requests, reporting timelines and system updates across markets
- Support integration of new product categories into systems and reporting
- Contribute to regional commercial programs and continuous improvement initiatives
You are the right candidate, if you have:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems or similar
- 5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial support roles
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, SAP CRM)
- The ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and high process discipline
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple markets
- Proficiency in English
